STEPS

First Step

Gather any or all of the ingredients listed on the left. Include a mixing bowl of any size, a stirring spoon, and a hair cap to use after you're applied the treatment.

Second Step

n order to mix the ingredients together, first soften 2 tablespoons of butter so it is easily mixable, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil, 1 whole egg, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Stir well until mixture is a slightly lumpy liquid.

Third Step

Apply the protein treatment evenly throughout your scalp, down the length of your hair, and pay particular attention to your ends. Use liberally so your hair and scalp are drenched in the protein treatment. Place a hair cap/shower cap/plastic bag over your hair for a minimum of an hour and let it sit.

Fourth Step

After at least an hour has passed, you can now wash out the treatment. Before drenching your hair in water, apply shampoo to your protein treatment soaked hair. Then use cold water to wash out the treatment. Cold water is best for the health of natural hair. Then proceed to your normal hair washing routine.
